For standard products: 24h. For custom cakes or large orders: 48-72h. For special events (weddings, baptisms): 2 weeks.
Cancellations are accepted up to 48h before delivery date. Changes can be made up to 24h before, subject to availability.
Yes! We deliver throughout mainland Portugal and Islands. Alhos Vedros has free delivery. Lisbon €5, Porto €10, Islands €25. See full zone table.
Alhos Vedros: 2-4h | Greater Lisbon: 24h | Rest of country: 24-48h. Express delivery available for additional fee.
We use thermal boxes and protective materials to ensure products arrive perfect. Decorated cakes include anti-collision support.
We accept Multibanco, MB WAY, credit/debit card, PayPal and cash on delivery (orders >€50).
Yes, all orders include electronic invoice sent by email. Companies must provide VAT number and tax address when ordering.
No! All our products are made with natural ingredients, no preservatives, colorants or artificial flavorings. Shelf life: 3-5 days refrigerated.
Yes! We have a gluten-free product line and vegan options. Contact us for specific orders with 72h notice.
We offer various sizes: Mini (2-4 people), Medium (6-8 people), Large (10-12 people), XL (15-20 people). Custom sizes available.
We strictly follow EU Regulation 1169/2011. All products have complete allergen list. Production in environment that handles gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts.
Yes! We make lactose-free, gluten-free, egg-free, sugar-free cakes. Inform us of specific intolerance when ordering to ensure complete safety.
Monday to Friday: 08:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 | Saturdays and Sundays: Closed (except pre-scheduled orders).
