Local Suppliers

We prioritize Portuguese ingredients: free-range eggs, butter from national producers, seasonal fruits from Ribatejo.

Waste Reduction

We implemented a total utilization system:

  • Cake trimmings transformed into cake pops
  • Egg whites used in meringues and suspiros
  • Yolks in creams and puddings
  • 100% recyclable packaging

Energy Efficiency

State-of-the-art ovens with better thermal insulation. LED lighting throughout the factory. Solar panels for water heating.

Certifications

We are working to obtain sustainability certification by 2025.
